Working as an buyer consultant for mountain hiking boots manufacturers
and other outdoor footwear I started my day by checking my inbox, got an inquiry
from a buyer from USA, he had a requirement for winter boots as winters has
arrived. I asked my manager for the prices but she told that the buyer wants the
replica of any particular brand but we do not sell replica products. I started
my search through different tools and pitched different buyers all around the world,
I called a buyer in UK to ask his
requirements but he was not responding to my call so I email him the details of
our company with the product catalog.
As our company is a waterproof rubber boots supplier so I talked
to a company that buy these products , unfortunately the concern person was not
in the office so I shoot an email to him about our product range and business
proposal. Searched buyers from USA also and look after their requirements and
design a proposal email as per their requirements and asked their feedback upon
it. These were some major work done by me; also build networking through
different social media which is a long term strategy to get good buyers.
